Outstanding service from start to finish. I want to give a special thanks to Louise, whose genuine empathy and professionalism made a difficult process so much easier to navigate. They handled every detail with such grace and kindness—we felt truly supported.

I can’t thank Dutton & Hallmark enough for the care and compassion they showed during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Losing our father was incredibly hard, but from the very first conversation, Simon made us feel supported, understood, and never alone.

Simon’s professionalism was evident in every detail, yet it was his kindness and patience that truly stood out. He took the time to listen to our wishes, gently guided us through each step of the process, and ensured that everything was handled with dignity and respect. Nothing ever felt rushed, and no question was too small.

All the staff were equally wonderful—courteous, organised, and deeply compassionate. On the day, everything ran smoothly, seamlessly and with the upmost dignity and respect anyone could ask for, allowing us to focus on remembering and honouring our father. Their quiet efficiency and genuine care made a world of difference ( especially Anne, she was wonderful and very helpful).

Dutton & Hallmark provided not just an impeccable service, but also comfort and reassurance when our family needed it most. We will always be grateful to Simon and the entire team for helping us give my father the beautiful and respectful farewell he deserved.

Simon, from the first phone call to Petes funeral service yesterday your support and care has been outstanding, we couldn't of asked for more. You helped us every step of the way, whether it was a question or support, and showed what a truly fantastic company yourselves are. To Anne also you were an absolute superstar, through all your help care and support you have us we want to thank you all for everything and helping us give Pete the best send off. Dutton & Hallmark have been the absolute best company we could of ever wished for, every step of the way their care & help has been second to none n we couldn't thank them enough for everything they have done for us as a family, we've had the best support and care and they treated us so beautifully and helped us give my dad the best send off ❤️ on behalf of all my family thank you ever so much especially to Simon and Anne you both are absolutely fantastic. We couldn't of done it without you both and all your help and support you give us.

From the beginning Simon guided us, without pressure, to help us make our choices for the necessary arrangements whilst we were all still processing our sudden loss. We will always remember, and be grateful for, the warmth and kindness he showed to all of us at the saddest time. This is extended to Annie and the rest of the team who looked after Matt whilst he was in their care. Thank you.
